My names is Jody, I am a 20 something self confessed geek and crafter from West Sussex UK, I created this site to display all my explorations in the world of craft, cooking, geekery and other general things I like along the way.

Here are a few random facts about myself:

- I am half Spanish but don’t actually speak Spanish, I have a massive chip on my shoulder about this because I could of had the opportunity to be fluent in both Spanish and English but someone decided to take that ability away from me.

- I have a small tattoo on my left wrist of 2 little pixie feet to represent my nickname Tinkerbell, if you watch any of the films she always leaves her footprints somewhere and I wanted something not as obvious as just a picture of Tink herself (plus being my first tattoo I wasn’t feeling very adventurous!) so I opted for this, you can just about see it in the picture opposite. One day I plan on having a few specks of pixie dust scattered around it but I’m building up to that still.

- As mentioned above I am a bit of a geek but proud of it, love my point and click adventures (Broken Sword, Monkey Island, Full Throttle, Sam and Max etc) and have been known to dabble in WoW from time to time.

- I am a massive crime nerd and have a big collection of true crime novels, my favourite program of all time ever is CSI, to me Grissom is god but I watch all 3 of them. If I could go back to Uni I probably would do Forensic Criminology but I’m not sure my science is up to spec.
